Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Service govern your use of theseoatelier.com and any package, engagement or service purchased through it. theseoatelier is operated from 7 Rue de Fondargent, 31650 Saint-Orens-de-Gameville, France (SIREN, SIRET, intra-community VAT and RCS entry —— to be completed ——). By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

The services

theseoatelier sells fixed SEO service packages and standalone engagements (Strategy Call, Senior Consultant Day, Execution Day), each described on its own page with a published price and a stated scope ("what's included"). The scope, price, unit (one-off, monthly, or daily) and turnaround shown for each package at the time of order form part of the contract between you and theseoatelier.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros, exclusive of VAT (ex-VAT/HT). French VAT at the standard rate of 20% is calculated and added at checkout, unless you supply a valid non-FR EU VAT number, in which case the order is zero-rated under the EU B2B reverse-charge mechanism and you are responsible for accounting for VAT in your own jurisdiction. An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order reference and confirmation.

Delivery of services

Services are delivered remotely, or on-site by arrangement. There is no physical shipment involved — checkout collects a billing address for invoicing purposes and engagement details (website, target markets, preferred start date) needed to begin the work. Turnaround times stated on each package are targets based on normal working conditions and depend on you providing the access and information requested at scoping.

Recurring (monthly) packages

Packages priced "/ month" bill on a rolling monthly basis from your confirmed start date until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring package by contacting us at support@theseoatelier.com; cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payment

Checkout on this site currently operates in a clearly marked demo/test mode: no real payment is taken and no card details are transmitted, stored or logged, by us or by any third party. This will be updated, and this page revised accordingly, if and when a live payment provider is introduced.

Limitation of liability

theseoatelier delivers professional SEO services using recognised methods and will act with the skill and care reasonably expected of a specialist studio. Search engine rankings, traffic and visibility depend on factors outside our control, including changes made by search engines and AI answer engines, competitor activity, and changes to your own site made outside the scope of our work. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic figures or citation outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under French or EU law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms or from an order placed through this site falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence within the EU.
