Every engagement on this site is delivered by the studio's senior consultant — not handed to a junior after the sales call. That's only possible because the roster stays deliberately small: a limited number of active engagements at a time. When a service line is at capacity, we say so and open a waitlist instead of overselling it.

Why do you publish prices instead of quoting after a call?
Because a published price is a published commitment. You can compare our packages against anyone else’s before you ever speak to us — and we’d rather earn the conversation on that basis than gate it behind a sales call.
Who actually does the work?
A senior consultant, not a junior account handler routed through a sales layer. The roster is deliberately small so that stays true.
What if my scope doesn’t match one of the fixed packages?
Most sites fit one of the published tiers. If yours genuinely doesn’t, the Strategy Call scopes a custom engagement honestly rather than forcing a mismatched package.
How fast do you start?
Turnaround is stated on every package — most engagements deliver their first output within 10 working days of kickoff.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before a booked engagement. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. Full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
