Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

Free cancellation or reschedule up to 24 hours before a booked engagement. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the price paid.

How this applies to what you buy

• Strategy Call, Senior Consultant Day, and Execution Day are scheduled bookings. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the booked time at no charge. Cancelling within 24 hours of the booked time may incur a fee of up to 50% of the price paid, to reflect the time held for you.
• One-off packages (SEO Audit tiers, AI Search / GEO Readiness Sprint) are scoped and scheduled once your order and required access are confirmed. The same 24-hour window applies to the confirmed kickoff date: cancel or reschedule the kickoff more than 24 hours in advance at no charge; within 24 hours, a fee of up to 50% may apply. Once work has genuinely started on a one-off package, fees already incurred for work completed are non-refundable.
• Recurring (monthly) packages can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billed month; the current month is not refunded once that month's work has started, but no further monthly charges are made after cancellation.

Your right of withdrawal (EU distance-selling)

As a consumer buying at a distance within the EU, you ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a service contract. Because our services are typically scheduled to begin before that 14-day period ends (to meet the turnaround stated on each package), by placing an order and requesting the stated start date you agree that work may begin before the withdrawal period expires. Where work has already been delivered in full before you withdraw, the withdrawal right no longer applies to that completed work; where work is only partly delivered, you remain liable for the proportion of the service already performed.

How to cancel or reschedule

Contact us at support@theseoatelier.com with your order reference and the change you'd like to make. We'll confirm in writing whether a fee applies before processing the cancellation.

How refunds are issued

Where a refund is due, it is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being confirmed in writing.
