Questions, answered plainly.

Grouped by what you're actually trying to figure out — pricing, scope, how we work together, what a result looks like, and the legal basics.

Pricing

Why do you publish prices instead of quoting after a call?

A published price is a real commitment you can compare before you ever speak to us — we’d rather earn a conversation on that basis than gate pricing behind a sales call.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

No — prices are ex-VAT (HT). French VAT at 20% is added at checkout, with a reverse-charge exception for valid non-FR EU VAT numbers.

What if my scope doesn’t fit a published package?

Book a Strategy Call (€250, 90 minutes) — a paid session that scopes a custom engagement honestly, rather than forcing a mismatched package.

Scope

What’s actually included in "what’s included"?

Exactly what’s listed on the package’s spec sheet — every service page and the pricing table state deliverables item by item, not as a vague bullet list.

Can I combine multiple services?

Yes — add as many packages as you need to one cart; checkout handles mixed one-off and recurring items in a single order.

Do you work with sites outside France?

Yes — the studio serves clients across France and the wider EU, and International & Multilingual SEO is specifically built for cross-border and multi-market work.

Working together

Who actually does the work?

The studio’s senior consultant — not a junior account handler. The roster stays deliberately small so that’s true for every engagement.

What access do you need from us?

At minimum, analytics and search console access; staging/dev access for technical work; CMS access if we’re implementing content or on-page changes directly. Full detail on the How it works page.

How is progress reported?

A written monthly update naming exactly what was done, plus a quarterly roadmap review for recurring packages — not a dashboard link left for you to interpret.

Results

Can you guarantee a #1 ranking or a specific traffic number?

No — nobody honestly can, and we won’t claim otherwise. What we commit to is a stated scope, a stated cadence, and transparent reporting on what was actually done and measured.

How do you measure success?

Against your own analytics and search console data, from a documented baseline — rankings, crawl/index coverage, and organic traffic or conversions, depending on the service.

Do you have case studies or client results you can share?

Not on this site today, and we won’t invent any to fill the gap. What you’ll find instead is a plain description of method and measurement on every service page — how a result is produced and reported, not a number attributed to a client we can’t name.
