Diagnose / Build
Ranking well in search and being cited by AI answer engines are two different things.
You may already rank well in traditional search and still have no idea whether ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI Overviews are surfacing you at all. We don’t sell magic here — we sell structure a model can actually parse.

Who it's for and the outcome
Who it's for
A business that already ranks well in traditional search but is unsure whether it’s being cited or surfaced by AI answer engines — and wants a straight answer, not vendor hype about a genuinely new and still-developing discipline.
The outcome
Content structured so it can actually be extracted and cited by large language models, with visibility tracked over time rather than assumed or guessed at.
What's included
- AI visibility diagnostic
- A check of whether and how your content currently appears in AI answer-engine outputs for your key topics.
- Content structure review
- How your pages are marked up and organised, assessed for machine extractability.
- Structured data & entity clarity
- Schema and on-page signals that help a model correctly identify what your business is and does.
- Written recommendations
- Specific, honest, structural changes — not a promise of guaranteed citation.
How this service is delivered
-
Diagnose
Readiness Sprint: a one-off assessment of current AI-answer-engine visibility and content structure.
-
Structure
Recommendations implemented (directly or specified for your team) to improve machine extractability.
-
Track
GEO Monitoring: ongoing tracking of citation and visibility across AI answer engines.
-
Report
Monthly written update on what changed and what’s being monitored.
What a result looks like
- Measured by
- presence and accuracy of citations across the AI answer engines we track for your key topics, against a documented starting point.
- Reported as
- a monthly written update — this is deliberately modest, current framing; no guaranteed-citation claim.
- Cadence
- the Readiness Sprint is a one-off diagnostic; Monitoring is ongoing monthly tracking, since AI answer engines change how they source and cite content frequently.

FAQ
Can you guarantee our content gets cited by ChatGPT or AI Overviews?
No — and any provider who guarantees that isn’t being straight with you. What we can do is structure your content so it’s genuinely easier for a model to extract and cite, and track whether that’s working over time.
Is this the same as traditional SEO?
Related but distinct — traditional SEO targets ranking in search results; this service targets whether your content is structured and clear enough for an AI model to extract and attribute correctly. Many of the underlying fixes (structured data, entity clarity) support both.
Should we start with the Sprint or go straight to Monitoring?
The Sprint is the right starting point for most clients — it establishes whether there’s a real structural gap before committing to ongoing tracking.
How do you track AI answer-engine visibility?
Through a repeatable method checking your key topics across the answer engines we monitor — set up during the Sprint and maintained monthly under Monitoring.
